Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I'm eligible for an airdrop?

If your wallet address was included in the airdrop list, you'll see the airdrop appear in your Profile > Airdrops tab. The page will show your claimable amount and whether the airdrop is still active.

Can I airdrop native coins like ETH or BNB?

Yes! You can airdrop both ERC-20 / BEP-20 tokens and native coins like ETH, BNB, or SOL. Just select the asset when setting up your airdrop.

What happens to unclaimed tokens?

Once the expiration date passes, unclaimed tokens can be reclaimed by the project owner using the “Claim Expired Airdrop” option. These tokens will return to your connected wallet.

Is the airdrop claim process secure?

Yes. All claims are done via self-service smart contract calls directly from the user’s wallet. CryptoHub doesn’t hold custody of funds.

Can I export recipient and claim data?

Absolutely. You can export claim history, wallet addresses, amounts, and statuses via CSV to manage reporting, analytics, or follow-up campaigns.

Can I update the banner, title, or description later?

Yes! You can edit your airdrop branding (title, banner image, and description) at any time before the airdrop expires.
